PRE-PARTY WITH THE WHIPPET CLUB!
Kick off the Anniversary Celebration with us on Wednesday, July 22, 2026!
We start the celebration at 3.00 PM with a demonstration by Christina Sjöberg and her civilian drug detection dogs. Christina will talk about her whippets' training and answer questions from the audience.
During the afternoon, the Whippet Race Västerås branch will be with us to share information about their activities.
For those interested, there will be a whippet-themed quiz walk with great prizes for the winner.
At 4:30 PM, we’ll kick off mingling with a look back at the founding of the Whippet Club by the club’s first secretary, Ingela Kyrklund. There will also be materials and photos from the club’s early days to enjoy.

A dinner at 7:30 PM in the restaurant at Vilsta Sport Hotel will be a fitting end to the day and an excellent opportunity to talk and socialize with new and old friends!
